We always tailor large events, but to simplify the management of smaller events, we have put together three main sets of sound equipment based on our experience.

Background sound and speech set suitable for smaller presentations, seminars and private events. The focus is on speech and background music transmission. The set includes compact speakers, a wireless microphone and a simple sound remote.

DJ set is designed for birthdays, weddings and company events where music is played by a disco. This set includes more powerful speakers with bass speakers (subwoofers) and a modern DJ remote.

Live music set (up to 200 people) is a complete solution for parties with bands and performers. Here, in addition to head amplification, monitor speakers for artists, a larger digital sound console, and microphones and tripods come into play.

Don’t worry, we are here to help you. Let us know what type of event you are planning (wedding, anniversary, seminar, concert), how many guests are expected and where the party will take place (indoor or outdoor). Based on this information, we can recommend the right set for you.

Do you have to pick up the equipment yourself or do you deliver it yourself?

Both options are possible. If you have suitable transport and want to save money, you can pick up the audio equipment yourself at our Tartu warehouse. If not, we will deliver the equipment all over Estonia ourselves.

Can you also order the installation and configuration of the equipment?

Yes, of course. For larger sets, DJ equipment and live concerts, we always recommend ordering the full service. Our technicians will deliver the equipment, set it up, perform an acoustic check and set up the sound to ensure everything works flawlessly.

How long is the rental price calculated for and when must the equipment be returned?

The rental price is generally valid for one night.

Does the equipment rental include a deposit?

We do not ask for a deposit, but we sign a rental agreement before handing over the equipment, and the lessee of the equipment is responsible for the maintenance and proper use of the equipment.

GENERAL TERMS

Technical event services and equipment rental

These General Terms govern the legal relationship between .japuha OÜ (registry code 17390459; Kroonuaia tn 64-2, 51008; hereinafter the Service Provider) and the client (hereinafter the Client) for technical event services, equipment rental and related services.

These Terms apply to all services provided by the Service Provider unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.

1. General provisions

1.1 The Service Provider offers technical event services including, but not limited to, audio, lighting and video equipment rental, transport, setup, technical crew, technical execution and dismantling.

1.2 The Client may be a natural or legal person. Mandatory consumer protection rules apply only where the nature of the service allows.

1.3 Placing an order (offer confirmation, order submission or prepayment) means full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Offers and contract formation

2.1 Services are provided based on a quotation defining scope, schedule, price and other essential conditions.

2.2 A quotation is not binding until the Client confirms it in writing and the Service Provider accepts the confirmation.

2.3 The Service Provider may withdraw or amend an offer until the contract enters into force.

3. Fees and payment terms

3.1 Service prices are stated in the quotation and include VAT unless noted otherwise.

3.2 The Service Provider may require prepayment and may begin service only after prepayment is received.

3.3 For late payments, the Service Provider may charge statutory maximum late fees and suspend service.

4. Cancellation and schedule changes

4.1 If the Client cancels an event or service:

  • more than 30 days before the event – the Service Provider may retain up to 30% of the agreed fee;
  • 7-30 days before the event – up to 50% of the agreed fee;
  • less than 7 days before the event – up to 100% of the agreed fee.

4.2 In case of cancellation, all incurred preparation costs (planning, equipment reservation, crew booking) are reimbursable to the Service Provider.

4.3 Postponement is treated as cancellation unless the parties agree a new date in writing.

5. Equipment rental and liability

5.1 The renter is responsible for safekeeping, proper use and return of rented equipment throughout the rental period.

5.2 In case of damage, loss or destruction of equipment, the Client compensates full damages including repair or replacement costs.

5.3 The rental period begins upon handover and ends when equipment is accepted back by the Service Provider.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1 The Service Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid under the specific contract.

6.2 The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • loss of profit;
  • reputational damage;
  • claims by third parties;
  • event cancellation due to causes not directly under the Service Provider's control.

7. Force majeure

7.1 The Service Provider is not liable for breach caused by force majeure, including weather conditions, power outages, lack of access, actions of authorities, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

7.2 In force majeure cases, the Service Provider may terminate the contract partially or fully without liability for damages.

8. Claims

8.1 Any claim regarding service quality must be submitted without delay, and no later than 7 business days after the event.

8.2 The Service Provider is not required to consider claims submitted later.

9. Governing law and disputes

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

9.2 Disputes are first resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in the court of the Service Provider's registered location.

10. Final provisions

10.1 The Service Provider may unilaterally amend these Terms.

10.2 The valid Terms are available on the Service Provider's website and are binding for all service orders.
