Why and when does your event need lighting technology?

The role of light and lighting effects in any event should not be underestimated – it goes hand in hand with sound and video technology in every successful event. Light is the fastest and most cost-effective way to turn even the dreariest hall or room into a presentable venue. Correctly directed mood lighting creates coziness and creates a milieu that guests feel immediately upon entering the room.

Both large and small events benefit from the use of lighting technology.

  • Conferences, seminars and presentations. Correct stage lighting ensures that the performers are clearly visible to the audience and that their faces are not obscured in photos, video recordings or live broadcasts.
  • Weddings, anniversaries and birthdays. Lighting helps make even the most ordinary rooms cozy and special. For example, it is possible to replace the general lighting of the party hall with floor lamps installed along the walls, the light of which is softer. The dance floor can be illuminated with spotlights that create a party mood.
  • Gala evenings, award ceremonies and company parties. Creative lighting solutions and moving light beams create a festive atmosphere. With the help of light, important moments can be emphasized – for example, when the winner and the performers take the stage or the introduction of the host of the evening.
  • Concerts and festivals. Dynamic stage lighting that moves in rhythm with the music and changes colors is half of the concert experience, which amplifies the artists’ performances and makes the audience live.
  • Product presentations and fairs. Directed profile spotlights highlight your product or trade fair booth. They catch the eyes of passers-by and leave a representative impression of both the products and the brand.

If the use of light effects is planned for the event, it is reasonable to involve an experienced lighting technician who controls the devices in real time from the remote control.

In addition to the rental of lighting equipment and the service of a lighting technician, we offer:

  • Equipment transport and installation at the venue.

Frequently asked questions

Can I rent lights from you that I can easily install myself?

Yes, of course. We have a wide selection of plug-and-play mood lights and static LED spotlights. They are very easy to use: you put the cord on the wall and choose the appropriate color with the button on the back of the device.

Do you rent lights that are also suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, we rent special IP65 or IP66 outdoor floodlights that work flawlessly even in torrential rain.

What is the difference between a spotlight and a "moving head light"?

The spotlight illuminates one specific place (for example, a call console) and its direction must be changed manually. A moving head light is a robotic light controlled by a computer or remote control that can be moved and changed colors during the event. The moving head light allows you to display patterns and create a dynamic play of light.

How many lights are needed to make an average party hall cozy?

It depends on the size and articulation of the hall. Usually, for mood lighting, 1 lamp is considered every 3-4 meters along the edge of the wall. As a rule, 10-16 atmospheric lights are enough to illuminate the walls and corners of an average party hall with about 50-80 seats.

How much does it cost to rent lighting equipment for one night?

The rental of individual small mood lights starts at just a few euros per device. The price of a solution with complete stage lighting, moving equipment and on-site control by a lighting technician depends on the size of the event and the technician’s working hours.
